Airport security officials colluding with thieves.

Den her er ny...

For h...... det bliver da værre og værre!Angry

As soon as Thailands new airport opened, reports of scammers working the security scanners have surfaced.
Thai security personnel identify valuables in the scanners and pass this info to criminals employed at the airport.

"We were on a Tiger Airways flight from Phuket to Singapore on April 2nd 2010. We had 4 bags that Tiger Airways said were to heavy and that we would have to check them @ about $20 U.S. dollars. I never have checked my bags in the U.S. it was a weight not a size issue for them (I am an airline employee and know how big a bag can be, and like I said this was a weight issue for them).

When I got to the hotel in Singapore I opened my bag and noticed my contacts and shaving things were out of my shaving bag. Inside my shaving bag I had between $800-1000 U.S. dollars, it was concealed inside the shaving kit, inside a inside a zippered pocket. The shaving kit was also buried at the bottom of my suit case. The money was gone. My expensive wedding ring was there and my Bose headset was still there. The only thing the thieves took was the money.

The other 3 bags that we had checked was not touched. The only way that the thieves knew there was money in my bag was through an x-ray machine. My bag was at baggage claim in Singapore with in 20 minutes after arrival, and in my possession the entire time from when I arrived at the Phuket airport until check in at the counter.

I have checked with the T.S.A. in America and they told me they can see the outline of money in the x-ray machine. (paper shows a reflection). I don't know if the security people took the money, or they called ahead and had the ramp personal take the money. Like I said the other bags were untouched and had no money in them. "
