It has come to the Embassy’s attention that some visa applicants and their references are offered assistance to smooth the visa process by various agencies both in and outside of Bangkok. In this connection, the Embassy can mention one company I.V.S – International Visa Service Co. Ltd. located in Pattaya. In one case, this company has charged a reference 110.400 THB for the company's “legal” services (including the Embassy’s fee and a round trip ticket to Denmark).

The Embassy would like to stress that these agencies are nothing but an unnecessary expense for both the reference and the applicant, and the Embassy cannot warn strongly enough against using such agencies. They are unnecessary and have NO competence what-so-ever in dealing with the actual case processing of an application.
